Wii and XBox Help

Puppy Luv Wii…can’t figure out how to get puppy to jump over hurdle?

My daughters and I have tried and tried to make that darn “h” to get that puppy to jump that hurdle but can’t seem to get her to jump. Any suggestions?? Thanks.
